Inquiring about a repair? Jewelry can break the first time you wear it, or after many years. We have been in business for more than 30 years and are known for our ability to service most of the pieces sent for repair (exceptions include jewelry that has been consumed by pets or garbage disposals, or with lost parts on discontinued items). We will work with our designers to get your piece repaired or replaced, or get it repaired by one of our local experts. We will let you know in advance any repair charges associated with it, in addition to the shipping charge to get it back to you. We're not perfect, but our 30+ years of experience with handling jewelry that is in need of repair is one of the reasons that our customers keep coming back to shop with us.
